According to data from the US Census Bureau, millennials (born 1981-1996) made up the largest population group in the US in 2021, followed by baby boomers (1946-1964), Gen Z (1997-2012), and Gen X (1965-1980), respectively. 65% of all consumers plan to use an insurance agent in the future. 81% of Baby Boomers, 79% of Gen Xers, 84% of millennials, and 69% of Gen Z who have worked with an insurance agent plan to use one again.

This is all great news for independent insurance agencies. This is the biggest reason why you want to make your agency's client experience digital-friendly for younger buyers. Making them loyal lifetime customers is a key growth lever for your agency. But the value goes beyond this to include creating a culture that attracts and retains top talent, establishes a larger footprint for your agency, and more.

Attend this live, half-hour webinar presented by Chris Cline, Executive Director of the Agents Council for Technology – IIABA, and Joel Zwicker, Insurance Evangelist at Agency Revolution to understand the full value of creating a digital experience that is both convenient and authentic to attract and delight young policyholders.

Webinar topics will include:

  • How to build a truly strategic vision for your agency to attract the right talent and clients
  • Generational buying – how far does this have to go? How fast do you really need to be?
  • What the digital client experience should be like today and tomorrow—website, SEO, social, email automation, payments, quoting, chat, etc.
